One by Wacom Driver Crashes & 'Option' not available

The driver for my tablet keeps crashing. I've had to restart the driver constantly and sometimes restart my computer. It seems to happen without warning and I can't pick up a pattern. I've also downloaded and reinstalled the driver but the problem persists.

Also, the Option key seems to become unavailable for use with the tablet. I can't select a source for the clone tool because it won't register. 

Can you recommend the next best steps?
