Stylus isn’t working properly

For some reason my stylus started acting up. It’s on 100% stabilization, yet it doesn’t give me smooth lines anymore and the pen is very uneven when drawing

  If you could provide some more details like device, operating system and driver version you are using, it would be very helpful.
