Wacom DTC133 No signal

I have two Wacom DTC133 tablets, both with the same issue: No signal. 

The Wacom Center on the PC recognizes both tablets, but there is no video. I have updated drivers and uplugged-replugged cables and rebooted both PC and the tablet. 

When the older tablet died, I bought a new one about 1.5 years ago, and then it started having the same issue. Replacement cables are pricey, at around $35. Can you assist?

  When you have the "no image" issue, there are only a few steps you can try. Please see: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006336902-My-Wacom-Pen-Display-has-no-image-on-the-screen-What-do-I-do-

  Most often the only solution is really to replace the cable.
