Cannot find the screen

I have used my Wacom Cinteq pro 13 for some years and it has function fine. But today there was no picture on the screen after updating driver. If I touch the screen I can see and draw on my desktop, but cannot see on Wacom. Windows 11 cannot find another monitor – it says. In the Wacoom center I go to Diplay settings, but get this message:

“To use this app please connect a compatible display device such as a Cintiq …”

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but the same problem. I have also checked the cables.
