WACOM TABLET FREEZES - SO FRUSTRATING!

I have a tablet at work and the same tablet at home. Both have issues with randomly (and very frequently) disconnecting, freezing, lagging, and overall preventing me from doing my work.

This has been happening for many months now - what's the issue WACOM?

Please fix this, this is slowing down my productivity, I am very close to going back to a mouse at this point
