I recently started having an issue where when I attempt to draw on the canvas, the brush won't draw below the top 1/10 of the canvas area. I recorded a gif illustrating this. This section being shown is at the very top of my canvas area.
Cursor refuses to follow me down...
I use a Wacom Cintiq 27QHD with the driver version 6.4.4-3, Windows 10, and am on Clip Studio Paint version 2.3.2. Clip tablet properties are set to Wintab with no additional option on. My Wacom has Windows Ink on (although I've tried messing around with it, it seems to make no difference).Changing Clip to Tablet PC does fix this particular issue, but then my stroke has an unacceptable wobble due to the cursor coordinates being less accurate.
I'm able to temporarily solve this problem currently by resetting my Wacom driver *twice* in a row, but then Clip has other bizarre behaviors with tilt sensitivity.
If anyone can help troubleshoot what's going on here, I would appreciate it~ I've got commission work to do and this is getting in the way.
Additional Info The gif doesn't show it, but if I start drawing below that line, it starts at that top horizontal point as well- it's not just catching strokes, it's forcing my stroke to be at that arbitrary horizontal point or higher.
Drawing with my mouse doesn't have this problem, only when using my Wacom pen.
I can use my Wacom pen to interact with all the UI elements of clip, even below where it stops me on the canvas. This only happens on the canvas area. As you can see, my cursor does go below the line, but the brush stroke does not.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my Wacom driver and it seems to have fixed the problem- and it seemed to fix the problem temporarily. The problem reoccurred after a day. I leave my computer running and turn off my Wacom at night. I guess turning my Cintiq on and off is causing the driver to break for some reason?
