Installed Tablet Driver 6.4.4-5. Can't uninstall.
The link/steps https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006339902-What-does-the-error-message-The-tablet-driver-is-not-responding-mean-and-how-do-I-fix-it- are not working for me. The hurdle I have yet to clear is uninstalling the driver so that I can reinstall again. I installed the latest driver 6.4.4-5 for my i7 iMac OS 12.7.2. I have a Intuos Pro L. At first launch attempt Wacom Center says, "The tablet driver is not responding" after a lengthy Waiting for Synchronization albeit installation was successful. This occurs whether I'm using Bluetooth or USB. My OS Bluetooth finds and connects with my Pro. My OS System Report states the Wacom Intuos Pro L is connected to a USB port. My Security & Privacy Preference has WC and Wacom Tablet Utility noted as 'Allow incoming connections'. When an attempt to launch is made, WC is Waiting for Synchronization then the Driver is not responding. So, I open my acct with Wacom and research my remedies and, of course, and find Support's fixit link. When all their suggested remedies fail it's recommend to Uninstall WC. When I take that path and initiate Uninstall, the WheelOfDeath appears. In order to end the WOD after 15 minutes I have to Force Restart because there is no Force Quit command available .. and WC remains.
