Cintiq 21UX not recognized on Windows 11 computer
I've recently updated to Windows 11 and downloaded all the drivers I could find for my Cintiq 21UX, but I can't get my PC to even recognize it as a tablet. Any ideas?

Hi Brian Wilson,
Which version do you have? The DTZ-2100 or the DTK-2100?
The respective last driver for each model is:
- DTZ-2100 - 6.3.15-3
- DTK-2100 - 6.3.40-2
First make sure you have the right one installed. Then make sure the USB cable is properly connected to the computer. Avoid USB hubs if possible.
If the Cintiq is still not detected, then there might be a problem with the USB cable.
Unfortunately neither of those devices are still in service and the cable cannot be replaced.

Thank you for your help. It worked briefly, then after a restart, it went right back to how it was. I think it's just too old of a monitor to be compatible with Windows 11.

Windows is generally very forgiving with older hardware so that shouldn't be the problem. Check the USB cable again and see if a little wiggle helps.

Hello, João, same problem here, the US cable is ok and I can use the wacom DTZ-2100 screen, but the calibration doesn't work and when I try to find some tablet properties it says it can't find any tablet whatsoever. I have downloaded the drivers You have mentioned.

If you already tried all that, then there is not much else we can try at this point.
