MobileStudio Pro 16 - No Screen Display When Connecting To Windows Computer
I am trying to use my MobileStudio Pro 16 (DTH1620) as an additional touchscreen monitor for my PC. I have connected the MS Pro 16 (using the middle USB-C) to my GPU via a USB-C cable. My computer recognizes the device in the Wacom Center app but no display shows on the MS Pro screen. When I click on display settings an error message triggers saying "Compatible display device not found...To use this app please connect a compatible display device such as a Cintiq or MobileStudio Pro".
I updated the MS Pro driver but error still occurs. How can I get the MS Pro 16 to act as an additional touchscreen monitor?

Hi Ryan Learas,
With single cable connection it can sometimes be tricky to activate Desktop mode. It doesn't always work as expected.
To be clear, here is our recommendation to use the different modes: https://101.wacom.com/UserHelp/en/Modes_MSP.htm
With that said, here are some additional recommendations:
- Make sure the MobileStudio is fully updated including Windows and the graphics driver
- Make sure the USB-C cable actually supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode
- Check you computer graphics card specifications and settings to make sure it is able to support the connection
- Try starting the MSP in and logging into Windows and then switching to Sleep (don't power of or reboot)
