MobileStudio Pro 16 - No Screen Display When Connecting To Windows Computer

    With single cable connection it can sometimes be tricky to activate Desktop mode. It doesn't always work as expected. 

    To be clear, here is our recommendation to use the different modes: https://101.wacom.com/UserHelp/en/Modes_MSP.htm

    With that said, here are some additional recommendations: 

    • Make sure the MobileStudio is fully updated including Windows and the graphics driver
    • Make sure the USB-C cable actually supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode
    • Check you computer graphics card specifications and settings to make sure it is able to support the connection
    • Try starting the MSP in and logging into Windows and then switching to Sleep (don't power of or reboot)
