Just got a new tablet, and it's not working correctly
My tablet died, and I replaced it with a new Intuos CTL-4100. I've made sure I have the most recent driver for Windows (6.4.5-5). But it simply isn't working correctly. I can't use it to select text. I can't move a browser tab (it just slides the whole tab carousel rather than letting me move the tab). I have to click in a form field multiple times before the cursor will actually engage in the field. I can't use most scrollbars. I've had tablets/pens behave like this when malfunctioning, but never when they're brand new. Help?

From your description, seems that Windows Ink is active. You can deactivate it in the Wacom Tablet properties in the Mapping tab:
