Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 Issues: No Signal and Black Screen
Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Wacom Cintiq Pro 24: despite being recognized as a second monitor and having all drivers up to date, the screen stays black displaying "No Signal". Here are some details about my setup:
- Laptop Specs: Intel Core i7-6700HQ, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M, running on Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2.
- Cables Used: HDMI 4K and USB 3.
- Driver Status: All drivers are updated.
Has anyone faced similar issues or can offer troubleshooting tips? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
