Issues with my Wacom Intuos Pro PTH850 Tablet & my new Mac Mini
I recently upgraded my system from a late 2015, 27" iMac to a new Mac Mini M2 system and a new 27" Studio Display. i migrated all of files and apps using a Time Machine backup and when I connected my Wacom PTH860 to the new Mac Mini it worked fine. However, the next day, I went to use my Tablet to drawing something using Clip Studio Paint and the pen was almost totally unresponsive, unless it was directly touching the tablet surface. Even then, it would jump around on the screen and wouldn't stay where I'd last positioned it. I thought I'd have to correct the Mapping of the tablet and went to the Wacom Center app to do this but when I clicked on "Mapping Settings", I got an Error Message that said "Settings Error, Couldn't Communicate With a Helper Application". Actually the Wacom Tablet Setting in the Mac's System Settings doesn't respond when I click on it. I alerted Wacom of my issue and was told to uninstall the tablet's driver and re-install it. I did this, but nothing changed. I contacted Wacom and was told to repeat the previous uninstall / re-install procedure, which again resulted in no change. Presently, my Tablet is unusable in its current state. I tried connecting the Tablet to my PC Laptop and the tablet works fine. So, I'm guessing that the issue is not with the Tablet, but with its compatability with the Sonoma 14.4.1 OS on my new Mac Mini, Has anyone else experienced anything similar

Hi Greg Landry,
There is no compatibility issue that we are aware. There have however reports of issue appearing when importing accounts and settings from older computers.
A simple test would be to create a new user account on your Mac and see if the issues persist. Then please follow up with the support team for further assistance.
