Cintiq Pro 16 Freezing up Computer and Disconnecting
I have a Cintiq Pro 16 I was gifted back in 2018. It has always worked fine but the past few months it just constantly acts up. It takes several replugins of my cables to get the computer to recognize the drivers, and now it is doing a weird freeze up when I first plug it in for a session. It'll completely freeze every movement on my pc and while it is happening any movement or input causes an error noise (like a noise you get from an error pop up). I'm very confused on what's causing this, my drivers are updated and I always go to the Wacom App and do a driver check and restart it if it asks.

From your description, it seems like a connection problem. Please check and replace the cables if needed.
If the issue persists, please open the Wacom Center to check if the Cintiq is still connected or if you have an error message. If you do have an error message, please try the steps here:
