Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 - Random things keep not working, mainly touch
I am in desperate need of help. I am not sure how to troubleshoot this or what to look up.
My Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 will work fine and completely within expectations. However, randomly, at some point, "something" will change. Touch will not be recognized all of the sudden. Or touch is now mapped to the wrong monitor. Or the pen will stop working. Or the pen settings will all of the sudden reset (but then come back later). It will take hours of trying pc reboots, reinstalling drivers, disconnecting hardware and reconnecting. There is no obvious pattern. It stops working and just as randomly, it starts working again. Desktop app is latest, drivers are latest, fresh Windows 10 install (as of a few months ago), good hardware, etc.
I realize that this isn't a lot of actionable information, but what would you look at first and what would the best path to diagnosing this be?
Is there a way to have it in a working state and then to freeze everything and not allow anything to change?

Which Operating System and Wacom driver version are you using?
Intermittent issues like the ones you describe are more commonly caused by connection issues, so please review and replace your cables and see if the situation improves.
Also, when the issue happens, please open the Wacom Center and check if the device is properly detected or if there are any error messages.
