    Hi Max Mels

    That is the Snap Layouts feature of Windows: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/learning-center/organize-screen-with-snap-layouts

    There are 3 ways to trigger it: 

    • Select Windows logo key + Z to launch the Snap layout box.
    • Hover over the minimize or maximize button in the upper-right corner of your window to launch the Snap layout box.
    • Drag a window to the top center of your screen to launch the Snap layout box.

    Please check your work flow to see what could possible trigger this when you use Touch. 

    You can also manage the settings of this feature through:  Settings > System > Multitasking
