    Sorry to read that.

    Please make sure the tablet is correctly connected. You should have a solid white LED turned on near the Touch Ring to confirm this. 

    If possible, connect directly with the provided USB cable and avoid using an adapter. If you must use an adapter due to the lack of USB-A ports available on your Mac, please make sure you use one that is properly compatible. 

    If the LED is solid, then please make sure you follow the Mac driver install steps completely:
