USB device not recognised
My tablet was fine a few days ago, but today when I plugged it in, it just doesn't work. The Bluetooth works fine, but as soon as I plug it, this thing pops up and my tablet doesn't respond. I tried different cables, so it's not a cable problem. I tried reinstalling all the drivers. I tried cleaning my computer of every wacom thing and just reinstalling everything. Nothing seems to work.
So basically: tablet works fine in Bluetooth mode, but as soon as I connect it with cable, it doesn't anymore. Send help, it was fine literally a few days ago (before the 2024, August 27 update of the drivers, apparently!). This update broke it and I really need it to work.
Information:
I'm on Windows 11
My tablet is Intuos CTL 6100 WL

Hi Julie Roy,
Please try the following:
- Unplug the tablet
- Uninstall the driver - https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006264601-How-do-I-uninstall-and-re-install-the-Wacom-driver-on-Windows-for-a-Pen-Tablet-Pen-Display-or-Pen-Computer
- Reboot
- Reinstall the latest driver version (6.4.7-3) from here: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers
- Reboot
- Plug the tablet back in
If the issue persists, there is probably a problem with the USB port on the tablet. If that is the case please refer to our support team directly.
