Tablet screen works on laptop but not PC
I have a Cintiq 16 I've been using for a few years now. I had a laptop initially to use it on and it worked perfectly fine, no problems. But when I brought a PC (pre-built) and I plugged my tablet in, the screen hasn't worked, only showing the "starting up" and "no signal" messages. The pen does work, I can still draw, it's just the screen hasn't worked. But when I plug it into my laptop, it works perfectly fine, so I don't know if it's the way my PC was made (again, pre-built) or drivers, which I've updated many times, still nothing.

Hi Morgan Jordan,
That message means that there is no video signal reaching the Cintiq 16 which in turn means that there is a problem with the connection.
Please make sure you connect the HDMI component of the 3-in1 cable to your PC properly. Also, I am guessing you PC has a dedicated Graphics card so make sure you also try the all the HDMI ports.
If you are using an adapter, please make remove this and try to connect directly.
