Intuos 4 recognized by Bluetooth, but not appearing as an available device?

I have an old (but reliable) Intuos 4 PTK-540WL connected to my Mac Studio running 13.5.1
The tablet is recognized via Bluetooth, but not in the Wacom command centre. I also checked the input and accessibility sections of ‘privacy & security’ settings. Both those are enabled.
As for the Wacom driver, I’ve installed the latest plus another from 2023. I made sure to uninstall per the instructions before downloading the 23 version.
I installed that because this tablet was working prior to earlier this year when I had to disconnect it before moving. It worked then, but not now.
I’ve also rebooted and shut down a number of times, but no luck so far.
I also went into the Wacom centre settings to run the driver check for which it gives me a gorgeous blue check mark indicating no errors. I’ve also reset those settings.
It doesn’t show up Devices Manager - I also clicked reset all settings.
The program finally tells me my product is no longer supported which I find odd because I was using it this earlier this year?
Oh and nothing shows up in Mac OS settings for Wacom Tablet.
Maybe I missed a file or something to delete via the uninstall? I’ve looked in application support without luck either.

Hi Broam Houlio,
The Intuos 4 is no longer supported since 2020. I suppose you upgraded the driver and this is the reason you cannot work with your tablet. Please note that the last driver to support the Intuos 4 is not officially compatible with your current operating system version, but might still be able to install it and get it running.

same issue mine is intuous pro L PTH680 and not working on Mac M1 pro ,connected with Bluetooth but nothing is working and showing msg driver incompatible .help me

Can you please confirm the model number of your tablet? Perhaps you meant PTH860?
Which driver version do you currently have installed?
