Cintiq Pro 22 not detected
Just received our new Cintiq Pro 22 in the office, hooked everything up, installed drivers and Wacom Center and the pen input does not work.
Tried updating the drivers, switching usb cables and ports (cable provided) and plugging into every port on the new computer which has other peripherals plugged in with no issue.
Getting ready to return this as a warranty claim.
Pretty frustrated this has sucked about 3 hours of staff time for a $4,000 device.

Hi Adam Weir,
Can you tell me which Operating System and which type of computer?
Don't know if you are running Windows or Mac but check if something appears in the respective system information and if there are any driver error messages.0
