My Wacom Keeps Making Weird Lines

Tablet: Intuos CTH-490 (i'm using this since 2015 if i remember correctly, it should be 9 years old now.)
Apps: Clip Studio Paint 1.0

For some reasons, the pen sensitivity are unresponsive and it keeps making weird scribbly lines when I draw curve lines. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and switching USB ports. Nothing happens.

  Hi Rafa Rania, 
  I have never seen such a pattern. My first instinct is that there is a defect with the pen, but what would not explain the saw pattern you are seeing with the brush. 

  Does this also happen with other applications? Could you try this in Krita for example?

  My wacom just started doing similar things.It is maybe 5-6 years old

  Do you perhaps have Grammarly installed? We heard recently from Celsys that somehow this interferes with Clip Studio Paint.

  Yes, I just installed it recently. I can try an move clip studio paint to another device, without grammarly
