Cintiq Pro 13 Not being recognized as USB device
I have a Wacom Cintiq Pro 13 and it is displaying as a monitor like normal, however my computer is not detecting it as a USB input so it cannot be used as a tablet. Currently using it only as a monitor. I've got it plugged into a Wacom Link Pro with the Power and HDMI. The USB-C cable is plugged in from the tablet directly to the PC. The tablet was working fine a little while ago but is no longer functional as a tablet.
Again, the tablet displays fine but when I try to run the Wacom Tablet Properties Software or the Wacom Center Software, it is not detecting. Additionally, I have tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them so they are both the most current version and have been repaired if there were issues with the software. My graphics drivers are also up to date and I have tried plugging it in to multiple different ports on the PC itself and on the tablet. Any advise or help is welcome!

Hi Bryant Gillins,
Sounds like an issue with the cable or the ports. If the device is not detected as USB device then reinstalling the driver won't help. It's only a connection problem.
- Have you tried also using the USB connection from the Wacom Link?
- Have you tried replacing the USB cable?
Cheers
