Problems with bamboo ink pressure sensitivity
I just got a new laptop, the Dell insprion 14 4775? 2-in-1 and I am using my bamboo ink that I have had for two years. The problem is that the cursor is glitchy and jumps around. I noticed that the problem is directly linked to the pressure I was applying so I am pretty sure that is the problem. I was wondering if there is a way to disable the pressure sensitivity. I tried downloading the wacom drivers and it deleted my touchscreen drivers so that won't help. I also tried downgrading to windows 10 to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Artemis Corp,
I assume the Bamboo Ink still works as intended on you older computer?
- If yes: Then there migh be an issue with the sensor firmware on your new computer and you would need to check with Dell
- If no: The Bamboo Ink might have developed an issue with the pen tip AES emitter or pressure sensor and might need to be replaced.
