Intuos pro M shutting off while inactive
My tablet keeps shutting off while not in use for a few minutes (Connected by USB cable and driver is running). The only solution I've found is to disconnect the cable and connect it again, but I want to know if there's a software update or something I could do to stop it from shutting off. Drivers are updated to the latest version.
Model: Intuos Pro

Hi Emilio Aderman,
I don't know which Operating System you are using, but check if there are no power saving settings enabled to deactivate idle devices. If the tablet is always working when you interact with it and only disconnects when idle, then this means something is cutting the power and the connection to the Intuos Pro but we don't have such built in features neither in the device firmware or Wacom driver when connected through USB.

Well, now it has gotten to the point that while in use it shuts off. The computer still recognizes the tablet, but it just doesn't respond and the lights that would indicate power on the tablet are shut off.

Hi Emilio Aderman,
Then you have either a problem with the cable or the USB port on the tablet. Try replacing the cable and seeing if that helps. Otherwise you may need to check with the support team for additional options.0
