Tablet not seen after Mac security update Nov 20, 2024

    Hi Susan Rainey,

    What do you mean exactly by "not seen"? Is the tablet not seen in the Wacom Center? 
    Does is not show up as connected in the system report? 
    Is the power LED on the tablet turned ON?

    I experience the exact same problem. I run my MacBook Pro M1 on MACOS 15.1.1 (Sequoia) with the latest Wacom update for MacOS version 6.4.8-2. The LED on the tablet power is on, battery full, pairing did succeed, the blue LED is steady. The tablet is not found by Wacom Center in the System Settings. Pressing on Wacom tablet in System Settings gives no picture. 

    João : Please some more respect for Susan. Her question is legitimate and deserves a proper answer rather than more questions in return. She is apparently not a 2-year old.

    The error looks as follows (in Dutch unfortunately):

    That seems like the known error we get when the driver is blocked from working: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006339902-What-does-the-error-message-The-tablet-driver-is-not-responding-mean-after-synchronization-fails-and-how-do-I-fix-it

    If this toggle is currently already checked, please uncheck > reboot > check the toggle again > reboot. 

    Sometimes the changes OS settings changes don't apply properly the first time but that should do the trick.

    Thank you for the above link. I was able to solve the same problem by turning on the toggle. 

    Not it works like a charm.
