Wacom Center doesn't open anymore

I have a One, and never had this issue for the past 4 years I've used it. Last night was a bad thunderstorm, and my computer did turn off, but no file was lost or anything.

But, today I went to start getting ready to draw, and noticed the driver doesn't open anymore. I assumed it got corrupted, so I uninstalled it through windows settings. I tried installing back both 6.4.6-2 and 6.4.8-2 and neither opened after going through the installation progress, but they did install fine.

Wacom center is just unnaccessible now, even after reinstalling it a couple times. What could I do?

  Sorry to read that. Do you see any error message? Does the Window open and then close? Can you please check if you notice any Wacom related errors in your Windows Event Viewer tool?
