Improve fan noise on Wacom Cintiq Pro
Have you considered if its possible to lower the fan noise on the new Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 the same way you did with Cintiq Pro 24 ?
I own a Cintiq Pro 24, was really disappointed until you made the ability to lower the fans speed to low within the tablet settings. Therefor, because of all the reviews of the new Cintiq Pro 27, I have declined to upgrade. (Which I assume a lot of artists have)
In the future, why don't you put more effort into the fans, large more silent fans or other options. Look at apple products how f.example the iMac is nearly silent with its fans. I would LOVE to buy the new cintiq pro 27, but I will hold off because of this.

Hi Joachim Barrum,
I'm not sure what your noise tolerance level is but I have a CP27 on my desk that I use 8h per day roughly and noise is not really an issue for me personally. Can you hear the fans if you listen closely? Yes. Are they as loud as the CP24 on low setting? Not for me at least but we all heard things differently.
I would recommend that you give it a try if you have the chance and not let reviews discourage you.

Have have not tested the CP27 myself, just read reviews people saying it is as loud as the CP24 without the low fan settings. I currently have the CP24 on the low settings, in manageable. since its closer to my ear, I hear it as loud as my Dektop computer, but when it was on regular settings it was horrible. I'm just afraid of paying the 4.5K usd for a new tablet, and be annoyed.

I live in Norway, not many places to test it in a store. ....but I will see if I can find a place to do so.

I totally get it. Hopefully you'll get the chance to try sometime in the future.
But just to re-assure you, this is something we know it's important and we will always try to improve.
