Pen not working
Hi I have the following pc: X1 Carbon 11th Gen (Type 21HM, 21HN) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 21HM
I also have a wacom ink bamboo pen Model:CS323AG0A. The pen does not seem to be getting detected even after I updated pc drivers and also toggled pen modes, and installed wacom drivers. The pen works on my other pc, and my touch screen functionality works with my finger on this pc. What can I do?

I'm not sure if that model is actually compatible with the Bamboo Ink. Our list of compatible devices is quite old and we have not updated it for a while.
I would check with Lenovo what kind of sensor is being used on that device and see if it would support pen input.0
