Wacom Cintiq Pro (DTH-1620) display not detected

I recently bought a desktop and wanted to connect my cintiq to it, but nothing is being displayed (aside from the logo upon start up). I downloaded the drivers, several times, restarted several times, and there is still nothing. If I open the the wacom center, the cintiq is being detected, but for some reason when I go into my computer's  display settings, it says that there is no other display detected. I also tried going into advanced display and seeing if there is anything there, but only my main monitor is listed. My current cintiq connection method is usb c, so I'm wondering if it's because I don't have an hdmi connection, but that shouldn't be the issue since I've been using it fine with my laptop all these years.

  Sorry to read that. The issue is with the video connection so you will need to check the cables.
