Wacom 12 Tablet Not Detecting Input
I recently bought a Wacom 12 display off of Amazon.
I have a PC that runs on Windows 10 and does not have USB-C ports.
It didn't come with the 3 in 1 cable, but I have a USB-C to USB cable that I have been trying to use.
The tablet turns on, however it cannot recognize any input. I have made sure I have the current Drivers installed. I have tried different cables, even going as far as to go out and purchase a brand new USB-C to USB cable. I have looked in my PC's display settings-it can't recognize there being another display.
No matter what I do, it just tells me "no input detected" and I am left with a black screen before it decides to go into sleep mode.
Am I doing something wrong or did I get a defective product?

Hi Amanda Moore,
The Wacom ONE will need data and video connection (besides power). Connecting USB-C to USB-A will handle the data connection but won't solve the video connection. I assume you have at least HDMI in your computer so you will need to connect HDMI to the Wacom One using either the Wacom 3-1 cable (my recommendation for you setup as it will make it all much simpler) or find an HDMI to USB-C adapter. Please see our guide here:
