    Hi Veronika Hozjan

Sorry to read that. This could either be a driver, hardware connection or pen issue so I am not sure what the solution could be.

When this happens, what do you see in the Wacom Center?

    • Is the Cintiq still appearing as connected?
    • Is there an error message?
    • The the eraser end of the pen behave the same or just the pen tip?

What do you do to get the pen working again?

I don't see anything in the Wacom center and the tip of the pen is not visible.
But the screen is working and the mouse is working too.

If I wait a bit, or if I unplug the use and hdmi cablen, than somehow is working, but not always.

Do you think it is the driver problem? Because today I didn't have any trouble yet.

    Hi Veronika Hozjan
    Thanks for the quick answer.

When you say you don't see anything in the Wacom Center, you mean there is no device connected, or the device is still connected and there is just no error message?

I'm trying to understand if this could be a connection issue (USB port or cable being defective) or a driver issue (driver crashing and then restarting).

Next time it happens please take a close look and let me know. You can also use the driver troubleshooting features to check the driver and restart it when the issue happens.

There is written: connect a device, so I guest I am having problem with USB ports.
