Welcome to the community.
I am not sure I understand correctly what the issue is.- Does this happen with other browsers as well?
- If the only function affected highlight or are there other functions with this issue?
- Is Windows Ink turned ON in the Wacom Tablet Properties? (Wacom Tablet Properties > Mapping > Windows Ink checkbox)

a) Other browsers may or may not have inbuilt pdf reader, so i didn't check with them.
b) the microsoft edge browser has inbuilt pdf reader. all functions works nice..like eraser, pen, etc, the issue is with highlight feature only.
c) Yes the Windows Ink is turned on in Wacom Tablet Properties.
Hope you understood the issue.
kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.0 -
I cannot reproduce this issue on Microsoft Edge Version 131.0.2903.146, using a Wacom Intuos (same driver and working mode as the your One by Wacom) and Lenovo Pen.
Which version are you using?
Does the behaviour change when you turn Windows Ink OFF?
Since only the highlight tool is not working, I don't think this is an actual driver bug. I would recommend reporting this to Microsoft.

Which version are you using?
I'm also using Microsoft Edge Version 131.0.2903.146,
I think you did not understand the issue first.
where did i say the highlight tool is not working?
i said that using the highlight tool is working alternatively ( i.e. not smooth).Does the behaviour change when you turn Windows Ink OFF?
Thanks for this suggestion, it worked successfully.
when I turned OFF Windows Ink, It is working smoothly. It solved my issue which i have been facing from many years.if you want to know the problem which i faced, please turn on Windows Ink for edge browser in Wacom settings.
Some apps require Windows Ink, while some doesn't. This is strange. Every time for any new application, we have to check the settings in Wacom Tablet Properties.
I think Microsoft apps does not require windows ink turned on in Wacom Tablet Properties.
I suggest Wacom to release some notes to the users to use some specific settings for specific applications.
Thank you.0 -
For Microsoft Edge browser while using pdf.
When you turn Windows Ink OFF
some features are working nicethere is no issue of highlighting
but the scroll function of wacom tablet is not working.
i am talking about scroll without using pen buttons.
When you turn Windows Ink ONthe highlighting issue is back.
but the scroll problem disappeared.
Can anyone tell wacom to rectify the issue.
