Wacom Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus Second Gen Not Connecting
Has anyone else had problems with their Wacom Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus Second Gen not connecting to Windows 11? I've made sure all my drivers are updated and my computer is updated as well, but no matter what I do my Bamboo Ink will randomly disconnect at times. It will disconnect in the middle of drawing and once it disconnects I can't reconnect it. I just have to wait a day or two for it to connect again. In the meantime, the light will blink twice and I can get no other response from the pen. I got this pen less than 3 months ago and if I can't find a fix I think I'll just have to start using a different brand stylus.

Hello Sage Margaret Crannell,
Welcome to the community.
Just to confirm, do you have the Bamboo Ink (CS323AK) or the Bamboo Ink Plus(CS322AK)?
What you describe, appears to be a power issue since the stylus requires power to interact with the sensor but doesn't require any type of Bluetooth pairing (assuming you have the CS323AK).
Have you tried replacing the battery on the pen already?
Also, what computer model are you using the Bamboo Ink with?

I have the CS323AK and I've tried replacing the battery to no avail, though given that the pen would light up immediately after disconnecting I don't think it's a power issue. I am using a ZenBook ASUS UX564.

Hi Sage Margaret Crannell,
Then there's probably an issue with the pen. I have opened a support ticket for you. The team will reach out as soon as possible.0
