Hi Joachim Lous,
I am really sorry, the link was incorrect.
Here is the correct one: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500007905582-What-is-the-Wacom-Experience-Program0 -
Well, the "experience program" is optional, but the user can opt into this spy mode at any time, so that is not good enough for the admins in question.
Thank god we have opentabletdriver, even though it is a bit more clunky.

Hi Joachim Lous,
If you work in an IT environment and you want to make sure this doesn't get opted in, there are means to do this.
- For Windows: https://developer-docs.wacom.com/docs/icbt/windows/driver-install/installer-arguments/
Probably https://developer-docs.wacom.com/docs/icbt/windows/driver-install/installer-arguments/#force-wacom-centers-enterprise-operating-mode---643 will be the one more interesting for you. - For Mac this is also possible but you would require a custom driver. If you need this on Mac, please let me know.
