Intuos CTL-4100, Doesn't work on Mac IOS Ventura 13.7.4
Wacom Intuos CTL-4100
I have uninstalled the driver [WacomTablet_6.4.8-3a.dmg] and started fresh several times. I have also turned off my firewall. The driver and software seem to install correctly and I always restart.
I have checked the Privacy & Security Accessibility and it's turned on, although if I toggle the switch for com.wacom it freezes my computer and I have to reboot. Input Monitoring is also turned on.
Allow In background is also switched on.
If I try to start:
Wacom Centre it will get stuck at synchronization and after a min or 2 a box will open saying. The tablet driver is not responding, Please contact Wacom Center.
Wacom Display Settings: Compatible display device not found. To use this app please connect a compatible device such as a Cintiq or MobileStudio Pro

Thanks for reaching out. Seems that you have allowed all the permissions, but sometimes, Mac OS doesn't correctly recognize this.
Please try the following:- Using the steps here as reference switch Allow to run in the background OFF
- Reboot your Mac
- Switch it back ON again and reboot one last time
