    Hi Logan Boland,

    Sorry to read that.

Can you explain exactly what you are trying to do and which step are you stuck on? When the Wacom driver is installing, there should be no additional downloads so I am not sure what that message means either. I have not seen this before.

Do you have full admin right on your computer or an admin you can refer to?
Also, which Wacom device are you using and which Wacom driver version did you download?

Hello, i am trying to install the wacom drivers on my windows 7 computer. I have full admin rights on my computer and i try to install it when i get this error on screen, the number i have listed on the original post was the error code i pulled out from the "install" text document that shows up in the driver folder. I get stuck on that last part of the installation and it crashes, i'm trying to install the 6.3.32-4 drivers for CTL-472.

    Hi Logan Boland

    Thank you for the context.

Could you check if there are any pending Windows updates? I could not find any online reference to this error, but the driver will install with VC++ and if an outdated version is detected, it may trigger Windows to try to update it.
You can also try to update VC++ directly from here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

Please try that and then try installing the driver again.
