Wacom Tablet Intuos model CTL-4100WL potential lag? Unsure

Hello, so I was attempting to use this wacom tablet on my PC on fire alpaca. Im not sure if the issue is with the tablet or the pc or the app I'm using but whenever I try to draw a small like a tiny circle or something. Whenever I do this though, it doesnt work. It takes a second to load it and then it doesnt work? also the lines are choppy. not sure someone help please
