    Hi Alan Pomeroy

Not really sure where to start. Can you provide some more details?

    • Is the issue with the video signal or USB?
    • How are you connecting your Cintiq Pro to your Mac?
    • Are there any error messages in the Wacom Center?

The problem was that the Wacom centre did not recognise my Cintique Pro Touch tablet on my desktop mac. All the cable are new. I tried all the different USB ports (4) and still no recognition. All the security settings were OK as per the Wacom videos. After many hours of trying different things I guessed that the Wacom may not read the Mac OS Sequoia upgrade.

So I went to my mac laptop with the previous version of OS, and here the Wacom recognised the tablet. I then reconnected my tablet to the mac desktop (with the current MacOS Sequoia) to exactly the same port I had been trying to use before and it now recognised the tablet!!!

I am not a computer person but this does not make sense to me! But I hope this helps others.

    Hi Alan Pomeroy

    Thanks for letting me know.

Honestly, it doesn't make sense to me either, but I'm glad that the problem is solved.

    Cheers
