WACOM One just displays Windows Home Screen

    Thanks for reaching out. From experience, this can happen when Windows is not able to properly make the handshake between the system and the display and doesn't get the EDID data from the display. 

    Please check if you can try a different adapter for the HDMI cable and see if the situation improves. You can also try to force the driver to map to the correct display using the steps here: 

    As for what is displayed on the Wacom ONE, that is managed by the operating system. You should be able to use a mouse or trackpad to drag any windows you want to work on to the Wacom One display. 

    If you want, you can also make the Wacom One the main display from the Windows Display settings to make most apps open on the Wacom One by default.
