Wacom intuos stopped working
Hi, i've checked the other posts with similar problems, followed the instructions and still does not work.
My tablet has a white light on.
My drivers are up to date. My tablet is shown on the device manager as "wacom tablet"
I tried to change the USB cable and the USB position.
Wacom Center does not find my device, and it stays completely useless. When i do a "driver check" within the app, it says everything is good. I tried to restar the driver as well with no luck.

Can you confirm which version of Windows OS and the Wacom driver you are using?
Also, what is the model number of your Intuos tablet?Thanks in advance.

Sure. Windows 11 with the latest wacom driver from the official web.
I am using an Intuos 4 PTK-840

Thanks for the details. Unfortunately, your Intuos 4 is not supported by the latest driver.
Please uninstall that driver using the steps here below, and please install the correct version for your Intuos 4.
