Wacom One Pen tablet fail to connect to M3 iMac

I have a Wacom One Pen tablet (medium size), and I'm using an M3 iMac with silicon running macOS 15 Sequoia. 

I am connected via Bluetooth. The tablet works very well until I put my Mac into sleep mode. When the Mac wakes up, the tablet fails to connect 7 out of 10 times. I have to manually access the Wacom app settings and restart the tablet driver to get it working again.

I have troubleshooted and followed the suggestions from the Google search, but nothing works.
