Intuos 5 wont connect to PC
Hi,
I've had my Intuos 5 for a while now, after I bought it off ebay a while back.
I used it regularly for quite some time but had a rather long break before I tried to connect it today.
When I first tried nothing seemed to work so I installed the Wacom center thinking it was a software problem. But even now nothing helps and I've seen no one with similar problems.
Did my device get too old or break from not being used?
So far I've tried every port in my PC and restarted it multiple times but nothing is helping.
I'd appreciate any help I can get

First please make sure you have installed the correct driver.
Please go here and select the Intuos 5 from the search bar and download the last compatible driver:
If the problem persists, replace the USB cable.
If the problem still persists, then you tablet is probably defective and you would need to buy a new one.
