Can’t move cursor with middle mouse button pressed
Hi everyone!
I tried 6.4.8-5 and 6.4.9-2 today but couldn't move my cursor with a pressed middle mouse button (mapped to a button on my PTH-660).
This is important for me in CAD and GIS applications (like AutoCAD).
Could anyone else try that? It worked fine with 6.4.6-2.

Hi Manuel Haruta,
Thanks for reaching out. Does that still happen if you roll back to 6.4.6-2?
Also, seems that there are some settings on AutoCad you can try: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Wheel-button-on-mouse-does-not-perform-zoom-functions.html
Note that when you set the tablet function to Middle Click, it will do just that. The Operating system will not make a distinction between and mouse middle click and the function you trigger with the ExpressKey.

Hi João
It works like expected after rolling back to 6.4.6-2.
AutoCAD is fine and works with the old driver (and other inputs like mice)I tried it again with both drivers.
6.4.9-2 button on pen for middle click = works fine
6.4.9-2 button on the tablet with middle click and moving with touch = doesn’t work.I try to add some videos (GIFs)
6.4.6-2 touch (fine)
6.4.9-2 touch (no movement)
6.4.9.2 pen (fine)

Hi Manuel Haruta,
Thanks a lot for the details and the gifs. I think this will help a lot. I have forwarded this to the driver team to reproduce and check what are the differences between both drivers.

Hi Manuel Haruta,
The driver team as able to replicate and will start working on a fix. Unfortunately this won't be in the next release though since the window for additional changes for the next release is closed.

Hi João
This if fine. I'm glad it's fixable and not a new feature.
This "Community" is a ticket system, so will you answer and close this ticket when the new driver was released or do I need to check the changelog myself?

Hi Manuel Haruta,
We don't really use it as a ticket system but I will try to keep a note to update the thread once the fix is released.
