Cannot get my Cintiq 16 usbc to connect
I just bought a Wacom Cintiq 16 (new model DTK168/E). I cannot get my USB-C cable to register a connection between the display and the computer. The tablet responds fine, but the display won't work. My USB-C port is 5G of data capable. I am out of options for connecting. I have downloaded the software and resent it 3 times now and cannot get a response. I have Windows 11, etc, I don't believe it is an issue on my computer's end and think the device is not recognizing the connection for some reason. I need support, how can I contact WACOM themselves to resolve the issue/ Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Clayton MCBRIDE,
Thanks a lot for reaching out. From your description, you state that the USB-C port is 5Gb/s which seems to be below the minimum requirements. The connection requires a USB-C port which supports DisplayPort alternate mode. Please check the computer specifications to see if DisplayPort Alternate Mode is supported.
I would also recommend trying an alternative connection method as you can see from here:
