Wacom Driver Not working

Hi! I have downloaded the latest Wacom driver to my pc, but for some reason I still cannot open Wacom tablet properties. I have deleted it and reinstalled it, made sure to restart my pc like instructed, yet still the same issue, what should I do? :(

  If you get a synchronization issue when trying to start the driver, please try the steps here as well:

  I think this might already help.
