Is There a Tablet That Meets all of my Wants?

I currently use an Intuos with my dual monitor computer. The one I have is too small. For a time I had a second hand tablet that was much larger. The bigger drawing area was fantastic. Unfortunately, it was heavily used and starting to flake out before it came into my possession. It didn’t last long, so I had to go back to the smaller tablet. Going back down in size has had a negative impact on my motivation to draw digitally, because I don’t have the space I want to work on small details. Sure I still have the same number of pixels across my monitors, but translating that down to a 4x6 inch tablet just isn’t cutting it. I would like to get a display tablet to remove the translation of space from a pen tablet to a monitor all together.
I'm hoping there is a tablet that can both act as a display tablet for a computer and as an independent device that I can take on the go. I used to get to draw on a friend's Companion 2 and I loved the experience. The MovinkPad 11 seems to replicate that but without the possibility of hooking up to a computer like I want. I was looking through the different Cintiq tablets and I’m not sure if any of them have this additional capability? While it may be a matter of needing multiple devices to have the versatility I desire, I figure it’s worth asking if any tablets do both.
I’m not worried about having to carry bulk. Old laptops used to have quite a bit of heft to them and gaming laptops still do; so my expectation for weight of portable tech hasn’t been set just by sleaker laptops and (non-drawing) tablets. Additionally, I’m used to hauling large drawing pads, canvases and all manner of art tools in a backpack designed for 18x24 inch pads. What I'm saying is, I’m used to being a bit encumbered. Hell, I even pick up a 115 lb. dog and carry him around just for fun (and I have only 10 lb. on him).
Are there any Wacom tablets that meet my wish list? And if so, are there any drawbacks for getting a tablet that does both (aside from bulk) to be aware of?

Currently there is no device in Wacom's portfolio that can do both. I do have a couple follow-up questions:
- Do you use a laptop or desktop mostly?
- Which applications do you use?
- When working outside, is it a café, or an office? Or maybe the train?
When looking at devices that can do both (display connected to computer at home + portable stand alone device) you need to consider the whole workflow and how all the tools play together.

I use a desktop pc and Clip studio.
As for the last question, public transport and cafes are place I work, but mostly outdoors is where I want to be able to draw. Parks, hiking trails, if I can put it in a water tight sleeve I'd even take it out on the lake or river (not worth the water risk without protection though. . .).

Then the Movink Pad would work well for your use case. It comes with a 2 year license for ClipStudio which seems like a good benefit for you.
The only feature you will miss is being able to use it as a pen display connected to your Desktop computer.
