Cintiq not recognized on PC
After moving to a new place, neither of my Cintiqs (16 and 24) is recognized on my PC (Windows 10). On my Mac it works fine. Plugging a keyboard into the USB ports works fine, so it’s not the USB ports. The Wacom Control Center doesn’t recognize any devices attached. Before the move everything worked as expected. EDIT: I just found out the Cintiq 16 works fine, it just needed an updated driver. So I assume the problem is the USB cable from the Cintiq 24. It may be a different one than the one that originally came with the Cintiq. Does it matter if I use a non-Wacom cable?

Any USB cable with the same specifications as the original should work fine.
Please make sure it is properly seated in the Cintiq is this often is the cause for such issues.
