Got a MobileStudio Pro at a garage sale but it is still logged in to a different account

I bought a MobileStudio Pro for a good price at a garage sale recently. After bringing it home and charging it, I turned it on and discovered it is still linked to someone else's windows account. Is there anyway I can remove their account and be able to sign into my own?

  You will need to check with Microsoft on steps for account recovery or reset.
