Devices Not Detected - Pen Won't Work, USB Port Issue?
This has happened so frequently, ever since I got my Cintiq Pro 22 almost a year ago-- This time it's taken hours to resolve the issue and still no solution. :( Wacom Center repeatedly displays that there are no devices detected, despite the Cintiq, computer, and pen all being fine. I've tried every possible thing: Unplugged and replugged every cord, restarted, shut down and then restarted both the cintiq and the computer, as well as attempted to use a different usb port to connect the cord to the computer. No matter what, it still shows up as a device being unable to be detected. Having to do this over and over is extremely frustrating, especially when I really need to be doing work requiring drawing on the cintiq.
I feel like the issue might be damage to the USB port on the cintiq itself, only because I can't imagine what else it could be. Is it normal for a cintiq so new to be having these issues? :(
Thank you so much, I'm really hoping for the best.

Hi Sophia Marie Uy,
Really sorry to read about this. From your description it does sound like a problem with the USB connection. You mentioned that you tried a different USB port but did you try a different cable? You can mentioned a USB Hub, did you try connecting the Cintiq directly, without the hub?
