    Thanks for reaching out. If the Wacom Center is not seeing the tablet, then it's a good idea to first of all check the connections and make sure the tablet is properly connected before checking the permissions. 

    Let's first focus on the USB connection and then we can check Bluetooth.

    • Did you plug in the tablet directly to your Mac? If not, would it be possible to connect it directly with a appropriate cable (depending on the USB ports available for your computer)?
    • When connected, is the tablet LED lighting up? 
    • If the LED is ON, can you check your System information and confirm that the Wacom Intuos Pro is connected to your Mac under USB devices?
